Ascend Hockey Events
Ascend Hockey Cancellation & Refund Policy
Ascend Hockey’s cancellation policy is in place because each event requires significant overhead costs that are determined by the number of players who register. This structure forms the basis of our refund and cancellation policy. We aim to ensure fairness to all players and parents who have chosen Ascend Hockey events.
Cancellations Made More Than 30 Days Before the Event
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start of the scheduled event will receive a full credit of the amount paid (less a $50 non-refundable deposit).
- This credit may be applied to any future Ascend Hockey event.
Cancellations Within 30 Days of the Event
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will not receive a refund or credit, unless the customer finds a replacement player approved by Ascend Hockey staff.
No-Shows / Failure to Attend
- Failure to attend an Ascend Hockey event without prior notification will result in no refund or credit.
Illness or Injury
- If an athlete becomes sick or injured before or during an event, no refund will be issued, unless a qualified replacement player is provided by the customer and approved by Ascend Hockey staff.
Unforeseen Circumstances
- In the event of acts of God, man-made disasters, pandemics, weather-related conditions, facility damage, or rink cancellations, Ascend Hockey, LLC will not issue refunds.
- However, Ascend Hockey, LLC will provide a credit for the amount paid or prorate the remaining portion of the affected event.
Event Changes
Ascend Hockey, LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify events, dates, times, or locations as necessary.
Behavior Policy
Ascend Hockey, LLC enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding:
- Bullying, hazing, or uncontrollable behavior
- Alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or controlled substances
- Weapons of any kind
- Any behavior deemed illegal or inconsistent with Ascend Hockey standards
If an athlete is expelled due to any of the above, no refunds or credits will be provided.

Requests made to staff members in person or by phone will not be considered.
Please allow up to 30 days for refund evaluations.
All Star Teams
Ascend Hockey All-Star Team Cancellation & Refund Policy
Ascend Hockey’s cancellation policy exists because each camp and team requires significant upfront costs based on the number of registered players. Our goal is to ensure fairness to all players and families who have chosen Ascend Hockey All-Star Teams.
Non-Refundable Payments
All Ascend Hockey All-Star Team payments are non-refundable.
Cancellations & Withdrawals
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations or withdrawals unless the customer finds a qualified replacement player approved by Ascend Hockey staff.
- Failure to attend an Ascend Hockey event without prior notification will result in no refund.
Injury or Illness
If an athlete becomes sick or injured, no refund will be given unless the customer provides a replacement player who meets the qualifications determined by Ascend Hockey staff.
Tournament or Schedule Changes
During the spring and summer seasons, certain elements outside of Ascend Hockey’s control—such as tournament dates, divisions, or schedules—may change.
All such changes will result in no refunds.
